Charles and Rosalee's ministerial portfolio has largely been urban youth outreach ministry. God has directed them to outreach to hundreds of young people in New Jersey's inner cities, through holy hip hop street ministries, outreach for teen girls, large youth rallies and Christ centered street ball tournaments. 
 

They are deeply committed to the African Methodist history and tradition of preaching and teaching prophetically for spiritual and social transformation through the liberating gospel of Jesus Christ.
